Adhir is a technology leader and product executive with over 25 years of engineering leadership across enterprise software, high-performance computing, big data analytics, and applied AI. At Isana Systems, he drives technology strategy, architecture ownership, and engineering delivery for complex product and platform engagements.
His approach is grounded in first-principles engineering combined with a product owner's discipline for outcomes — taking direct ownership of architecture decisions, technology stack selection, and the engineering culture that sustains them. His teams are built to deliver at pace without accumulating technical debt.

Pankaj is an industry leader with two decades of experience spanning all three tiers of IT — Technology, Operations, and Business — combining deep telecom-systems engineering with hands-on AI delivery and entrepreneurial operating experience. He has worked across 20+ countries in Europe, North America, and the Asia Pacific in customer-facing roles ranging from sales and solution architecture to global technical support and country-level operations leadership.
His approach is grounded in outcome-first solutioning combined with technical fluency — he engages directly with customer engineering and business teams, scopes solutions personally, and owns delivery end-to-end. He believes a fast-growing company needs people who can pivot around whatever the new challenge is, and builds teams accordingly: self-motivated, challenge-hungry, and outcome-accountable.
